Event Details

BOOTH PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JANUARY 9, 2009

Conference registrations are not included in booth space costs.

 

o Vendors wishing to attend conference breakout sessions/classes, or food and beverage service must register as attendees at the cost of $250 if purchased prior to January 23rd and $295 if after that date.

 

o Ten complimentary "exhibit hall only" day passes will be provided to each vendor upon receipt of payment. The passes will be sent to the address listed on the booth application form, to the attention of the contact person listed. These passes do not include access to the breakout sessions or any food and beverage service.

 

o Additionally, any employees of the company who will be in the vendor hall working the booth or meeting with clients will be provided with exhibit hall badges. There is no limit to the number of employee badges passed out. These passes do not include access to the breakout sessions or any food and beverage service. ***Please provide us with the number of employees working the booth so their passes can be ready at registration***
